Exploring Mental Well-being, Leadership, and Systemic Constellations in Conflict Management at Cambridge
I had the honor of leading several insightful sessions on “Mental Health Well-being, Adaptive Leadership and Systemic Constellations in Conflict Management” at Selwyn College, Cambridge on September 11. 2024. as part of the Global Peace Chain conference.
Together with more than 140 delegates from 70 countries, we explored the vital connection between mental well-being and effective leadership, while discussing practical strategies for adaptive leadership in today’s constantly evolving landscape.”
A special thanks to the Vice Mayor of Cambridge, Mark McGovern, for his invaluable presence and support, and my deepest appreciation to the organizers of Global Peace Chain for their vision and dedication in uniting us all for this transformative event.
I was also thrilled to introduce the concept of systemic constellations in conflict management. It was inspiring to see how this approach resonated with delegates from various cultural backgrounds, as they experienced the benefits firsthand by applying it to their own cases.
The session facilitated insightful discussions on balancing well-being with professional growth, promoting a meaningful exchange of ideas. I’m grateful for the opportunity to engage with such a diverse and committed group of leaders.
Looking forward to continuing this journey together and creating lasting impact!
