Activity:The program is an eight week mindfulness training that focuses on increasing resilience, improving focus, achieving a better work-life balance, and fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Activity : One day retreat in nature, which included outdoor activities, providing employees with the opportunity to experience the calming effects of nature and develop a greater appreciation for it.

Activity options: Eco - Friendly initiatives - Companies can participate in activities such as community clean ups, tree planting or other sustainability projects. Donations: Alternatively, companies can donate funds to organisations focused on environmental protection or specific causes.
