Empowering Women Entrepreneurs Through The Break Program 2024

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs Through The Break Program 2024 I am honored to have been part of The Break Program 2024, an initiative hosted by Impact Hub Zagreb that brings together remarkable women entrepreneurs from Spain. This incredible program, held in collaboration with the EOI Business School, is a testament to the power of connection, innovation, and knowledge-sharing across borders. Over the course of two dynamic weeks, 38 women entrepreneurs gathered in Samobor and Zabok, Croatia, to challenge their business models, foster meaningful connections, and explore strategies for growth. The program combined workshops, networking meetups, and a hackathon designed to spark creativity and collaboration. https://ivamiakruslin.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/osnazivanje_poduzetnica.mp4 As a trainer and mentor, I had the privilege of leading two workshops on “My Strategy & Self-Management,” where we explored: Aligning personal values with strategic business goals Practical tools for project management and self-reflection Peer-to-peer learning and collaboration The sessions focused on equipping these entrepreneurs with the tools to stay true to their vision while effectively managing the challenges of business and growth. It was truly inspiring to witness the passion, resilience, and creativity of these women as they worked to drive impact in their communities and beyond. This program was further elevated by visits from distinguished guests, such as H.E. Juan González-Barba Pera, Ambassador of Spain to Croatia, who joined us to engage with the participants and share insights on the significance of international collaboration. A special thank you to Impact Hub Zagreb and their incredible team for organizing such a transformative program. Your dedication to empowering women entrepreneurs is making a tangible difference. Together, we can create an ecosystem where women entrepreneurs thrive, lead with purpose, and make lasting contributions to their communities.

Viškovo – The First Municipality in Croatia with the Title “Caring Municipality”! We are pleased to announce the successful completion of phase three of the Cities and Municipalities That Care project in Viškovo. With this achievement, Viškovo has become the first municipality in Croatia to earn the prestigious title of Caring Municipality, demonstrating its commitment to creating a better work environment for employees and improving the quality of services provided to citizens. https://ivamiakruslin.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/opcinaviskovo_video.mp4The Cities and Municipalities That Care project is built on a three-phase approach designed to equip municipalities with tools to develop emotional culture, strengthen resilience, improve collaboration, and establish a positive and productive workplace atmosphere. In the final phase, Viškovo participated in an interactive workshop focused on developing emotional intelligence and enhancing team cohesion, resulting in a more positive and efficient work environment that directly benefits citizens. We extend our special thanks to the Mayor of Viškovo, Ms. Sanja Udović, who recognized the value of this project two years ago and opened the doors for its implementation. Her support was essential in achieving this significant milestone.   This project was also recognized and awarded at the international Mindfulness India Summit in Mumbai in October 2024, where it received an award for innovation and promoting positive change in local communities. Viškovo’s achievement serves as an inspiring model for other municipalities that wish to improve working conditions for their employees and enhance the quality of services for citizens. Mindfulness Impact Award

Mindfulness Impact Award It was a great honor for me to participate in the Mindfulness India Summit on the 17th and 18th of October and to receive the “Mindfulness Impact Award” for an innovative and effective approach to applying mindfulness in local communities. This award recognizes the work on the “Caring Cities and Municipalities” and “Caring Companies” projects, developed through the WeCare platform www.wecare.eu.hr, as key components in strengthening mental health, sustainability, and the well-being of local communities. I had the opportunity to join a panel titled Mindfulness in Politics, Education, Society, and Communities, alongside Manish Behl, founder of the Mindfulness India Summit, Chris Ruane, and Michael Bunting. The summit was incredibly inspiring, filled with discussions about the effectiveness of secular mindfulness in transforming both the public and private sectors. If you use secular mindfulness in your professional work, I invite you to join this project and become a WeCare facilitator. Become an agent of change, helping transform your local communities by creating sustainable and compassionate environments. I also introduced the WeCare facilitation training program, designed for mindfulness professionals who want to get involved in these projects Applications are currently open, and together we can build a future based on mindfulness and care for others.
